Being made in Matsumoto.
Being genuine.
In Matsumoto City, the water sources are the Northern Alps and the mountains of Utsukushigahara, and the pure spring water springs from everywhere. Everyone around the country knows the water is “luscious water” and will nod their head in agreement. In detail, we want to make beer that is packed with the charm of the area, using our luscious water and local agricultural products such as hops, wheat and fruits.

SPACE

The former owner created the interior and façade using building materials and furniture he purchased in northern England to replicate the atmosphere of an authentic pub as closely as possible. It’s a relaxing atmosphere where you can easily drop in, read a book by yourself with a beer, or chat with a colleague from work.
