In Matsumoto City, the water sources are the Northern Alps and the mountains of Utsukushigahara, and the pure spring water springs from everywhere. Everyone around the country knows the water is “luscious water” and will nod their head in agreement. In detail, we want to make beer that is packed with the charm of the area, using our luscious water and local agricultural products such as hops, wheat and fruits.

The owner created the interior and façade with building materials and furniture that he bought in the north of England to express the atmosphere of an authentic pub as much as possible. It’s a relaxing atmosphere where you can easily drop in and read a book by yourself with a beer or talk with a colleague from work.
